Mt MARTHA RESIDENCE 

Perched on a steep downward allotment with incredible views over Port Phillip Bay & Martha Cove Marina, This development provided a complex challenge, with a low permissible build height, through to construction challenges. Working with these parameters and extensively with the Builder & Owner, we create a split level dwelling which sought to capture the feature views, whilst retaining the sense of space required. Using a raked ceiling in the living area we were able to maximize the northern aspect as best possible to create a light filled living area.
