GEELONG RESIDENCE 

When engaged on this project, the existing heritage listed 1920’s cottage was in dire need of repair, almost beyond repair. Working extensively with the Owners we created a Central Courtyard with a modern addition to the rear, which fully respects the heritage cottage, making it the feature from the streetscape. As you walk through the dwellng you are met with a clear break in the additions, with feature trees and burnished concrete defining the new space with Contemporary claddings & High flat ceilings.
